A monthly auto-recurring package that combines great value, exclusive True benefits, and lifestyle benefits. Customers can select their preferred benefits from various categories every month. Easy payment via True bill for postpaid users, or through prepaid account balance for prepaid users.

• Customers can subscribe to the package via USSD or the TrueID application:
  • Lifestyle Combo Standard Package: Dial *900*7154# and call (free of charge)
  • Lifestyle Combo Plus Package: Dial *900*7155# and call (free of charge)
• Customers can subscribe to this add-on package with auto-renewal (30 days per cycle). The final automatic renewal will take place on September 1, 2025.
• The package will be activated only after receiving a confirmation SMS. Customers will receive:
  • A confirmation SMS notifying successful subscription and the addition of 5GB of internet data.
  • Another SMS containing a benefits catalog link via the TrueID application. Additionally, customers will receive an SMS notification each time the package is successfully renewed or re-subscribed.
• Postpaid customers will have the package fee included in their monthly bill and can pay as per their regular billing cycle.
• Prepaid customers will have the fee deducted directly from their prepaid account balance.

• True customers with either postpaid or prepaid phone numbers can subscribe to one add-on package per phone number per subscription cycle.
• Each package is valid for 30 days from the date of successful subscription.
• Once subscribed, the package cannot be canceled or refunded in cash under any circumstances.

4. Terms and Conditions for Benefits
   1. True Services Benefits
      • Receive 5GB of 5G/4G/3G service.
      • The speed of 5G/4G/3G services depends on the service area and the device being used. Internet speed may also vary depending on environmental factors such as the mobile device's specifications, the number of users at the same time, the location and terrain of the service area, and the distance from the base station.
   2. Lifestyle Coupons Benefits
      • Users can choose 2 benefits per subscription cycle from the available coupons in this category and can choose new coupons every cycle.
      • Users can present the digital coupon they receive at participating stores within the time period specified in the TrueID app to redeem for goods and services according to the terms and conditions.
      • Each digital coupon can only be used once (it cannot be reused).

5. After successful registration, users will receive an SMS confirming their subscription.
6. Subscription Limit: 1 mobile number / 1 package / 30 days.
7. Users cannot resubscribe to this add-on package or cancel it and resubscribe within 30 days from the date of the last successful subscription.
8. End of Subscription Period: The 30-day add-on package will automatically renew at 12:00 AM on the 30th day after receiving the SMS confirming the subscription.
9. Cancellation of the Add-on Package:
   • Users can cancel the Lifestyle Combo Standard add-on package via USSD by dialing *901*7154# (free).
   • The auto-renewal cancellation will take effect in the next 30-day subscription cycle.
   • Users can cancel the service at any time. To avoid being charged, users must cancel the service at least 24 hours before the next subscription cycle.
   • If users do not cancel the service, the company reserves the right not to refund any amounts already paid for the service. The company reserves the right not to refund any fees paid by the user.
10. The company reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. The benefits under this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items, nor can they be transferred to other individuals or legal entities.
12. Users agree and consent to the collection, storage, and disclosure of their personal data by the company for the purpose of providing services to the user and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Customers can select up to 2 coupons per 30-day subscription cycle, across all participating benefits. Each benefit can be redeemed 1 time per day.
  • Privileges can be newly selected in each subscription cycle based on the customer’s preference.
• True & CPG Privileges:
  • Customers can redeem privileges via the TrueID application under the Lifestyle Combo package catalog. The coupon code can be presented at participating stores for use.
  • Customers can redeem all available privileges in this category. Each benefit can be redeemed 1 time per 30-day subscription cycle.

• Postpaid customers: Subscription may fail if the account has reached its credit limit.
• Prepaid customers: Subscription may fail if there is insufficient balance in the prepaid account.
• Customers who already have an active package that includes Viu, WeTV, or iQIYI will not be able to subscribe to the Lifestyle Combo Plus package.
