1. Get the cash back into your TrueMoney Wallet account which is linked to Pay Next Extra Service when making a purchase of goods and/or services participating in the installment payment program using the Pay Next Extra service at participating stores (“Campaign”). This Campaign is held during the 1 Nov 2024 – 28 Feb 2025 ("Campaign Period"), you can receive cashback based on specified tiers as follows:
   • Tier 1: Receive 300 Baht cashback for installment payments between 15,000 and 19,999 Baht, limit 1 entitlement per transaction/tier/ID cardholder/month.

   • Tier 4 : Receive 2,000 Baht cashback for installment payments between 40,000 and 49,999 Baht, limit 1 entitlement per transaction/tier/ID cardholder/month.
   • Tier 5: Receive 2.600 Baht cashback for installment payments of 50,000 Baht or more , limit 1 entitlement per transaction/tier/ID cardholder/month.
   If there is a Satang in the spending amount, the company reserves the right to round down such amount for calculations.
2. Participants who wish to join this cashback campaign must register to claim the cashback entitlement before making a purchase of goods and/or services participating in the installment program. This can be done using the phone linked to the Pay Next Extra service or by scanning the QR code on promotional media from participating stores and following the steps until completion (registration is one-time throughout the campaign period). Ascend Nano Limited ("Company") reserves the right to calculate cashback only for transactions occurring after successful registration in all cases.
3. Campaign participants have the right to receive cashback in every tier, limit 1 entitlement per transaction/tier/ID cardholder/month with a maximum cashback limit of 7,000 Baht/ID cardholder/month.
4. Quota of cashback is limited to 5,200 entitlements throughout the campaign (considering all entitlements across all tiers).
5. The Company reserves the right to grant cashback only to customers who have successfully registered, made purchases of goods and/or services participating in the installment program at participating stores within the campaign period, and fully complied with the specified conditions.
6. This campaign does not include installment transactions at Lotus's, 7-Eleven, Makro, and customers under special programs as determined by the Company, such as the Smart Agricultural Credit Project, special credit lines for CP Fresh Market partners, etc. These are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
7. Participants will receive cashback in their True Money accounts linked to the Pay Next Extra service immediately after completing the installment transactions as specified. The system will send an SMS notification of the cashback and amount to the registered phone number during the credit application process, and participants can check the cashback transactions in the True Money application.
8. Participants will receive TrueMoney Coin in their True Money accounts linked to the Pay Next Extra service within 45 days after completing the installment transactions as specified. The system will send an SMS notification of the True Money Coin amount to the registered phone number during the credit application process, and participants can check the True Money Coin transactions in the True Money application.
9. If participants cancel the purchase (void/refund/cancel), the Company reserves the right to revoke the participation rights in this sales promotion campaign, cancel the entitlement to receive the cashback, and reclaim the cashback from the campaign participants for the canceled transactions through any True Money account of the participants. Participants consent to the Company issuing orders on behalf of the participants to deduct money from their True Money Wallet accounts for the aforementioned purposes.
10. The benefits under this campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other sales promotion programs, and they cannot be exchanged, converted to cash, or transferred to others. The Company reserves the right to cancel, change the campaign period, participation methods, and conditions, and/or other details without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the Company's decision is final.
