1. The promotion campaign is applicable to existing individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to true dtac network.
2. The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
3. One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
4. The contract period is 12 months.
5. The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.
6. In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
7. In case that the customer purchasing device on contract with special discount and the contract has not ended yet, the customer is not allowed to participate in this promotion campaign unless he/she is a true dtac postpaid customer who has been registered with true dtac for 12 months or more, possesses the phone number registered with the contract, and the contract has less than or equal to 90 days of remaining contract period. After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
8. Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
9. The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
10. The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.
11. The VAT is already included in the price of the device.
12. The Company reserves the right to cancel, revise, change the conditions without prior notice.

• ประกันจอคุ้มครองเฉพาะการเปลี่ยนกระจกหน้าจอของรุ่น OPPO A3X (4/64GB) จำนวน 1 ครั้ง (ภายในระยะเวลาการรับประกัน 6 เดือน) มูลค่าไม่เกิน 1,800 บาท ที่ศูนย์บริการ OPPO Service ในกรณี ตก แตก ร้าว โดยไม่รวมชิ้นส่วนอื่นๆ เช่น เมนบอร์ด แบตเตอรี่ ฟิลม์กันรอย กระจกฝาหลัง เลนส์ กล้อง หรือความเสียหายอื่นๆ เช่น การขีดข่วน เสียดสี ซีดจาง หรือความเสียหายต่อโปรแกรม ข้อมูลและอุปกรณ์เสริม
• การเปลี่ยนกระจกหน้าจอไม่คุ้มครองในกรณีสูญหาย หรือเสียหายจากการลักทรัพย์

• สามารถรับสิทธิเปลี่ยนกระจกหน้าจอ 1 ครั้งภายในระยะเวลาของโปรโมชั่นที่แจ้งตามตารางด้านบนเท่านั้น โดยจะอ้างอิงจากวันที่ลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิประกันจอแตก หากไม่ได้มีการใช้สิทธิตามที่กำหนด ถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิและทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในการไม่ชดเชยทุกรณี
• สิทธิประกันหน้าจอแตก ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงิน หรือสิ่งของรางวัลอื่นได้ หากบริษัท ตรวจสอบว่ามีการทุจริต หรือทำผิดเงื่อนไข จะถือว่าท่านหมดสิทธิการประกันหน้าจอ
• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีมีข้อผิดพลาดให้ถือว่าคำตัดสินของบริษัทเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
